iSoftStone is seeking an ICT Presales Director to lead its expansion efforts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving growth within the Kingdom's dynamic ICT sector.

The Role

The ICT Presales Director will be instrumental in spearheading iSoftStone's market presence in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a well-established network within the local System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Subcontractor ecosystems in the ICT industry. The successful candidate will serve as a critical link between our global technology solutions and the local partners responsible for their deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage and manage local System Integrators (SIs), consultants, and specialized subcontractors.
• Drive joint go-to-market strategies with local partners; facilitate co-selling and joint bidding on large-scale projects.
• Provide technical enablement and product training to empower channel partners' sales and engineering teams.
• Conduct high-level technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for both direct enterprise clients and partner-led accounts.
• Develop comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tailored to KSA market requirements.
• Support the full bid lifecycle, including responding to RFPs/RFQs and navigating the Etimad portal requirements.
• Advise on localization requirements, Saudization (Nitaqat) implications, and "Local Content" incentives to ensure competitive bids.
• Gather intelligence on competitor activities and pricing within the KSA ICT landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the KSA ICT sector.
• Demonstrated strong network within the local System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Subcontractor ecosystems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic and expanding market.
