About the Senior IAM Consultant Role

FNRCO is seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize IAM and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM and IGA solutions.
  • Design and develop IAM policies, processes, and governance frameworks, including identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, access reviews, and permission auditing.
  • Assess existing IAM environments to identify security gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop IAM strategies, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and governance models.
  • Define functional and technical requirements for IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure, customize, and implement IAM and IGA platforms based on organizational security policies and operational requirements.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), entitlement management, and access governance models.
  • Provide expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and compliance reporting.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Lead the deployment, rollout, and transition of new IAM platform features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and IT teams to integrate IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers regarding IAM platform support and enhancements.
  • Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and ongoing operational support.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Services and Information Security.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Strong experience with: Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Experience with one or more IAM platforms, including: SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell.
  • A strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, RBAC, Role Engineering, and identity governance principles.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience with excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Certifications

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification
  • BeyondTrust PAM/EPM/PRA Certifications
  • Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP/SCJP) or equivalent certifications
  • Relevant cybersecurity or IAM certifications are considered an advantage.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
