Information Technology Sales Manager(Quality Assurance Sales)

About the Role

Green Start Management Consultancy is seeking an Information Technology Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a leading MNC IT Services Company and focuses on driving sales of IT Services and Quality Assurance (QA) Services within the GCC market. The position requires a results-driven sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in both new business acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development (hunting) across GCC countries.
• Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts (account management/farming).
• Sell IT Services, including Digital, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Quality Assurance (QA/Testing Services).
• Build strong relationships at the CXO level.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for solution positioning and deal success.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in IT Services Sales within the GCC region (Dubai-based preferred).
• Strong track record in new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Experience in selling QA / Testing Services in conjunction with other IT services.
• Exposure to enterprise and large-scale deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
