The Role: Information Technology Support Engineer

Noon is seeking an Information Technology Support Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site-specific IT operations, collaborating with business units and fellow engineers to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements, and providing daily support to meet current and future business needs. This position offers opportunities to engage in projects and contribute to innovation within a multinational team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure to ensure it meets established performance targets and service agreements.
• Lead projects focused on implementing new technologies and adapting to evolving business requirements.
• Supervise and manage a team of IT technicians.
• Conduct IT audits and ensure strict adherence to company standards and policies.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide technical input and management oversight for various projects.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support to a diverse user base.
• Undertake business travel for up to 25% of monthly working days.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows system support.
• Experience with networking, including LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.
• Strong understanding of core internet technologies such as Routing, Switching, and DNS.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising a team and leading technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
