The Role of an IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a full-time IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is integral to supporting our daily IT operations and ensuring the smooth resolution of technical issues. The position involves active participation in incident management, coordination with various IT teams, and diligent follow-up on technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents effectively.
• Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and other resolver teams to address issues.
• Monitor incident progress and follow up regularly to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate incident updates clearly to affected users and relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreements (SLA) to the Incident Manager.
• Maintain accurate incident records and contribute to ITSM documentation.
• Support activities related to incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management.
