Infrastructure Master Planning SME

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Master Planning SME to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and managing infrastructure master plans for various projects, ensuring strategic capacity and access goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage infrastructure master plans for Hill International's projects.
• Establish best-practice methodologies for capacity planning across the global network.
• Conduct capacity planning for failover paths, including shared sub-components, and perform "what if" modeling.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and develop plans for improvement and expansion.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to ensure network capacity and access goals are achieved.
• Evaluate current infrastructure and formulate plans for upgrades and replacements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and local government agencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful execution of the infrastructure master plan.
• Monitor the progress of the infrastructure master plan and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide technical support to project teams on infrastructure-related issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress of the infrastructure master plan.
• Develop and maintain a database of infrastructure-related information.
• Identify and implement best practices for infrastructure master planning.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

The successful candidate will inform themselves of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International. Continuous compliance with these requirements is essential throughout employment. Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure master planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning and strategic infrastructure development.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating existing infrastructure and developing improvement plans.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
