Role Overview: Internal Audit Associate

Bayut KSA, a prominent property portal and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking an Internal Audit Associate for a full-time role in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This position is central to implementing approved audit plans and supporting the company's strategic goals through rigorous internal audit standards and professional diligence, while exercising professional skepticism and due care.

Core Audit Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risk areas within auditee departments, covering all core and support processes, to provide comprehensive input for the development of a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Develop relevant audit programs and procedures, including the creation of a Risk and Control Matrix (RCM).
• Monitor audit tasks, ensuring the overall quality of deliverables.

Audit Project Execution and Communication

• Perform and manage audit projects, which includes supporting the team in documenting processes and procedures, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and identifying and defining issues.
• Review and manage work papers meticulously.
• Communicate the results of assignments through clear written reports and oral presentations to the line manager and auditee departments.
• Prepare, track, and conduct meetings with auditee departments.
• Assist the line Manager in developing and identifying new solutions and promoting the various solutions available within the Company.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field.
