The Role of Internal Audit Manager

As an Internal Audit Manager at Care Pay in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading and managing the internal audit function. This full-time role involves providing independent and objective assurance regarding the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization. You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify key risks, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead and oversee internal audit engagements across critical business and operational areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare clear audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Present key audit findings to senior management and relevant committees.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field.
