About Ninja and the Role

Ninja, a prominent quick-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to join its operations in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of stock within the warehouse, supporting the company's daily operational demands.

Role Overview

The Internal Replenishment Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing all replenishment activities within the warehouse. This role is critical for maintaining continuous and accurate stock movement from bulk storage to picking locations, thereby ensuring high product availability and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain established availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and actively resolve any identified shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate effectively with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to optimize overall workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular checks and adherence to proper stock rotation methodologies (FIFO/FEFO).
• Identify opportunities to optimize storage usage and continuously improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with all warehouse safety protocols and operational standards.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team staff.
• Prepare daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and operational reports for management review.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience specifically in replenishment, inventory management, or logistics roles.
• Experience within the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency with RF scanners.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, effective communication, and robust problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure within a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
