About Owais Capital and the Role

Owais Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Co-op/Intern to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering a practical introduction to the financial sector. The role supports the Investor Relations function by managing communications, preparing essential reports, and analyzing investment data to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.

Role Purpose and Learning Exposure

This co-op/internship provides direct exposure to fintech operations, various investment products, capital markets, and the core principles of investor relations. It is structured to offer hands-on experience, making it suitable for students or recent graduates who are building a career foundation in finance or investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily communication and engagement activities with investors.
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports, presentations, updates, and other communication materials.
• Monitor and analyze investor activity, investment trends, and key Investor Relations metrics.
• Aid in investor onboarding processes and respond to investor inquiries in coordination with internal teams.
• Support the preparation and distribution of updates regarding investment opportunities, issuances, distributions, and maturities.
• Maintain accurate investor records, databases, and reporting trackers.
• Conduct research on the investment market, competitors, and industry trends.
• Support investor engagement campaigns, events, meetings, and other Investor Relations initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Investment, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance as required.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing investor feedback to identify opportunities for improving the investor experience.
• Perform additional Investor Relations and business-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0-1 years of relevant experience, typically a student or recent graduate. A strong interest in finance, investments, or capital markets is essential for this role. The ability to support diverse tasks within a dynamic financial environment is key.
