About the IT Associate Role at Mnzil

Mnzil is seeking an IT Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the company's internal technology ecosystem remains organized, secure, and reliable as operations scale. The role supports daily technology needs across all teams.

Role Scope and Contribution

The IT Associate is responsible for managing internal technology operations, encompassing business applications, user access, devices, vendor relationships, and IT processes. This role ensures employee productivity and upholds operational standards within the organization, extending beyond traditional IT support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the company’s internal technology stack and business applications.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access reviews.
• Oversee software licensing, subscription renewals, vendor relationships, and IT procurement.
• Ensure accurate tracking of technology assets, such as laptops, monitors, and other equipment.
• Coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Support internal teams by resolving day-to-day technical issues and escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and IT operational processes.
• Partner with Finance to manage IT-related invoices, budgets, and procurement workflows.
• Continuously improve internal IT operations by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and enhancing employee experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with identity and access management best practices.
