IT Engineer

About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed to support IT operations across the company's hospitality, catering, and food & beverage facilities. The role focuses on providing technical assistance and ensuring reliable technology services.

Role Overview

The Junior IT Engineer will be responsible for assisting with daily IT operations, including technical support, hardware, software, and network maintenance. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of technology systems within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all operational teams have the necessary technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and operational teams.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new employees.
• Support network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and basic system connectivity.
• Assist with POS and technology systems used in F&B and hospitality operations.
• Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
• Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Provide technical support across different locations when required.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
