About the Role

Enaya Human Resources is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing essential technical assistance to employees. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network connectivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware and basic software issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and various hardware components.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and general network connectivity issues.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, drivers, and other necessary software.
• Manage basic user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
• Maintain accurate records and track IT assets and inventory.
• Coordinate and follow up with external vendors and service providers regarding IT equipment, maintenance, and technical services.
• Document technical issues and monitor the progress of equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the IT Technical Support Specialist role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a technical support capacity. This foundational experience is essential for performing the core duties of the position effectively.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software problems.
• Competence in setting up and configuring various IT devices, including PCs and peripherals.
