About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a Junior HRBP (FMCG) to support daily Human Resources operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers, focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Role Overview

The Junior HRBP is responsible for managing various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination. The position also supports employee engagement initiatives and workforce planning within the FMCG industry, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company procedures.
• Review attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and communication initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing for staff-level positions, and support the sourcing and coordination of managerial-level recruitment.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing agencies and recruitment partners to meet timely mobilization and staffing requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of corporate HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and change management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll coordination and compliance.
