About Blacklane and the Role

Blacklane GmbH is seeking a Junior Quality and Training Specialist to join its KSA Operations team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting chauffeur partners to deliver Blacklane's established quality standards and an elevated guest experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Junior Quality and Training Specialist will play a key role in maintaining Blacklane’s training and quality standards within KSA. This involves coordinating training activities, supporting quality checks, and utilizing operational feedback and data to identify opportunities for service improvement. The position directly contributes to ensuring a safe, reliable, and premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery and coordination of chauffeur training programs in KSA.
Help prepare and update training materials in English and Arabic across key chauffeur competency areas.
Coordinate training sessions, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions with chauffeurs and operational partners.
Work directly with chauffeurs in the field to support practical training and reinforce service standards.
Assist with quality audits, spot checks, and follow-up documentation.
Review performance trends and operational feedback to identify recurring quality gaps.
Share observations and improvement ideas with the team to help strengthen training content and quality processes.
Support partners in understanding Blacklane’s service expectations and training requirements.
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and cross-functional stakeholders on day-to-day quality and training topics.

Required Qualifications and Skills
