About Keeta and the Role

Keeta is seeking a Product Operations Strategy BP to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to aligning product strategy with business execution, serving as a key link between product development and country-specific business teams. The successful candidate will drive product success by ensuring seamless integration and optimization of product solutions across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product business partner for specific countries within the global product team.
• Engage comprehensively in the product lifecycle, from requirement management and launch introduction to benefits review and feedback integration.
• Deliver product solution services to diverse country business teams, enabling their operational success.
• Identify business opportunities and address potential issues through market and user research, metric development, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Facilitate closed-loop improvements between product and business teams to continuously enhance user experience.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across national borders and time zones.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships, developing effective collaboration frameworks.
• Explore and implement AI tools for enhanced insight efficiency, including data analysis, interview summary analysis, and market information aggregation, to inform structured product requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product or business operations within a dynamic internet company or a large multinational corporation. This role requires a professional with deep domain knowledge and a strategic mindset to drive product success across various markets, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, product management, product operations, or business operations, preferably within an internet company or a large multinational corporation.
• Deep knowledge and insight in the professional field of product or business operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, effective in cross-functional teams and diverse cultural settings.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a willingness to be based long-term in the Middle East region and involves frequent cross-border business travel within the Middle East.
