About the Key Account Specialist Role

Tamkeen Human Resource is seeking a Key Account Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the management and development of key client relationships by ensuring consistent service delivery in line with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, and company standards. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on day-to-day operational matters, focusing on timely communication, effective coordination, and prompt issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

The Key Account Specialist will monitor client requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational excellence. This includes following up on workforce deployment, attendance, and service delivery to maintain client satisfaction. A key aspect of the role involves reviewing timesheet accuracy, coordinating billing and invoicing processes with Finance and Operations, and ensuring client requests are processed efficiently from initiation to completion.

Client Relationship Management

This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with assigned key clients. The specialist will act as the primary point of contact for daily operational requests and inquiries, ensuring service delivery adheres to contractual agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and company standards. The role also supports contract administration, renewal activities, and the identification of opportunities to enhance service quality and expand business with existing clients.

Operational Support and Coordination

Key operational duties include coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly, monitoring workforce deployment and service performance for assigned accounts, and validating timesheets for accuracy before payroll and invoicing. The role requires tracking client requests to ensure timely execution and follow-up until completion. Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with company policies are also essential.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach to client management and problem-solving. An understanding of service level agreements and contractual obligations is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role contributes to maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
