About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a Kitchens Partner Success Senior Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to fostering strong relationships and driving commercial growth for brands operating within HungerStation Kitchens.

Role Overview

The Kitchens Partner Success Senior Specialist will serve as the primary growth partner for brands, providing strategic guidance and analytical support to enhance their performance on the platform. This involves a combination of relationship management, performance analysis, and the development of effective commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain healthy relationships with brands operating from HS Kitchens, acting as their primary growth partner on the platform.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, advising partners on improvement methodologies.
Utilize data-backed analysis, dashboards, and reports to advise partners on commercial growth plans. Develop a reporting structure to track and communicate performance data back to brands.
Identify gap opportunities that provide partners a competitive advantage in their category.
Suggest optimal NCR (Net Customer Revenue) and marketing strategies with the highest growth potential and ROI.
Lead the conception and launch of virtual brands for kitchen partners, where the opportunity fits.
Work with brands to design and execute plans that mitigate churn within the kitchen portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
0-1 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on enhancing partner success and driving growth within the food delivery sector.
