Lead Engineer Contracts

About the Role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer, Contracts to join its Infrastructure – Commercial & Contracts team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading contract administration and managing contractual activities within the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of contract administration and contractual activities.
• Manage and provide support for claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Review contracts, client variations, and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare contractual dashboards, reports, and tracking logs.
• Coordinate effectively with Commercial, Technical, and Construction teams.
• Support contractual compliance, project handover, and close-out activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in contracts management, commercial administration, and contract execution.
• Strong experience in managing claims and formal contractual correspondence.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Work Environment and Details

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position within the Infrastructure – Commercial & Contracts team. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the interview process.
