Lead Integration Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Lead Integration OT/TT System Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working on a leading Giga project and contributing to the implementation of a smart city. The manager will focus on ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems within the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with vendors, suppliers, and system specialists, including district supervision consultants, for OT/IT system integration.
• Ensure selected IBMS and sub-systems align with use cases and building infrastructure to reduce risk and optimize costs.
• Coordinate with BMS and sub-system vendors/partners to develop Interface Control Documents, detailing point types and protocols to mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with vendors and system specialists to update shop drawings with required power and network infrastructure for IoT sensors, field cameras, and connectivity to the Digital Operations Center (DOC).
• Coordinate with sub-system suppliers to establish network connectivity for each system head-end to the MSI platform and provide network prerequisites.
• Work with the MSI contractor to identify gaps between proposed systems for assets/buildings and present findings to sub-system vendors.
• Review Gap Analysis with sub-system vendors to incorporate requirements into hardware and software for Smart City design compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electronics and Control Systems or a related Engineering field.
• Over 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 15 years in BMS, Security, ELV, AV, CMMS, OT/IT, and ICT systems.
• Direct experience with system integrators such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Sauter, and Johnson Controls.
• Experience in the creation and evaluation of RFPs for IBMS, Security, ICT, PSIM, VMS, Command and Control Centers, and OT/IT systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating modern data platforms for batch and real-time data processing at scale.
• Experience with IoT platforms, big data, data management, and data classification.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in deploying digital solution systems for OT/IT, maximizing efficiency and interoperability.
• Familiarity with industrial standard protocols for building solutions.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional data teams utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Knowledge of BMS & IBMS landscapes and OT/IT sub-systems connected to central platforms.
• Understanding of unified Metadata schemas for buildings, including Brick Schema.
• Technical knowledge of UI configuration and Smart Digital Solutions deployed in smart buildings and cities.
• Experience in translating use cases and user journeys into integrated digital solution packages across ELV, OT/IT, Security, and ICT systems.
• Team leadership and management skills for establishing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge of Facility & Asset Management systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of OT/IT & sub-systems such as HVAC, Centrifugal Water Chiller systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems, Air Sampling systems, and Solar systems.
• Experience in reviewing solution packages to identify technical gaps and associated infrastructure requirements.
• Technical knowledge of BIM Optimization Process for ingesting BIM files into Digital Twin.
• Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a team focused on implementing smart city solutions for a major Giga project.
