The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking a Leasing Manager for a leading real estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving leasing performance across fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail categories within the company's retail property portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Leasing, the Leasing Manager will drive leasing performance with a focus on fashion, lifestyle, and specialty brands. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, targeting, and securing new retail brands and concepts that align with asset positioning and business objectives.
• Leading lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization with prospective tenants.
• Maintaining relationships with retailers, brokers, agents, and industry stakeholders to support leasing objectives.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure leasing activity supports overall asset performance and customer experience objectives.
• Monitoring occupancy levels, leasing pipelines, and category performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
• Supporting the development and execution of tenant mix strategies to enhance footfall, revenue generation, and asset value.
• Utilizing leasing systems and CRM platforms for managing tenant information, reporting, and pipeline activity.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute leasing professional with strong market knowledge and an established retail network. This position requires a proven ability to negotiate and conclude complex leasing transactions.

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial leasing.
• Strong market knowledge in retail categories, particularly fashion, lifestyle, and specialty brands.
• Established network within the retail industry.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize complex leasing agreements.
