The Role of Legal Analyst

Webook is seeking a Legal Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the company's legal functions, ensuring compliance, and managing legal documentation. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external legal counsel to maintain the company's legal integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting briefs, contracts, and various other legal documents.
Managing legal correspondence and coordinating with the company's external lawyers.
Assisting in the review, summarization, and analysis of contracts and other business documents.
Conducting research on legal precedents and existing laws, and preparing comprehensive reports based on findings.
Monitoring changes in local laws and regulations, and providing timely updates on these developments.
Organizing and maintaining legal documents and records.
Meeting with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for legal matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a paralegal role is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh Province, Riyadh. The Legal Analyst will operate within a professional and fast-paced environment, contributing to the legal framework of a leading technology platform in the events and ticketing industry.
