About the Role

Centro Olaya is seeking a Certified Lifeguard to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of all swimmers and guests at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to any aquatic emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and guests continuously to prevent accidents and ensure their safety.
• Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain an orderly and safe environment.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and surrounding facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with swimmers, guests, and staff members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool equipment, changing rooms, and other related areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a current Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Strong swimming proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of water safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure during emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Physical fitness to perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at our facility in Riyadh. The role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on guest safety and service.
