About the Lifestyle Bartender Role

W Hotels is seeking a Lifestyle Bartender to join our full-time team in Riyadh. This role extends beyond traditional beverage service, focusing on crafting unique and memorable experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will serve as a host for the space, taking ownership of guest service both at and beyond the bar, while continuously exploring new trends and local offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar area operates flawlessly and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across the hotel and within the community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment for both guests and staff.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure personal uniform and appearance are professional and adhere to company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year of related work experience in a bartending role.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required by the role.
