About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, focusing on maximizing process efficiency and productivity within the company's operations.

Role Overview

The Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist will manage the day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. The primary objective is to ensure seamless operations that align with business goals while maintaining efficiency in terms of time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned merchandise categories.
• Monitor daily store replenishments, launch deliveries, store returns, and merchandise/non-merchandise orders, considering Visual Merchandising and Marketing requirements.
• Track, record, and manage all shipment incidents and discrepancies in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare up-to-date reports on logistics performance and activities.
• Validate all service provider invoices to ensure charges align with agreed terms.
• Conduct regular reconciliations with the Finance department to update booked and un-booked service provider invoices.
• Provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders to support sound business decisions.
• Continuously monitor supplier and service provider performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to a high-volume transaction, multi-site retail organization is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within the dynamic environment of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.
