About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Loss Prevention Controller to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining store security and preventing financial loss. The Loss Prevention Controller is responsible for implementing and enforcing security measures to protect company assets.

Role Overview

The primary objective of the Loss Prevention Controller is to minimize theft and other forms of loss within the store environment. This involves active patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol the store premises to identify and prevent security threats, including theft.
Report all security incidents or breaches to store management promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to established safety procedures within the store.
Monitor CCTV cameras and communicate relevant observations to store management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven work experience as a Loss Prevention Controller or in a comparable security-focused role.
Demonstrated strong observation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Good physical condition, including the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment
