Deemah is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to our production operations, focusing on ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Role Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to meet established objectives. This role involves precise machine setup, continuous monitoring, and proactive issue resolution to ensure a smooth and productive manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines to initiate production cycles.
• Control and adjust machine settings, including speed and temperatures, as required.
• Feed raw materials, packaging materials, or parts into semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Periodically test the operation of machines to confirm functionality.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during a shift.
• Monitor output to identify and correct any machine-related errors or defects.
• Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Keep detailed activity logs for all operational tasks.

Compliance and Quality Standards

A critical aspect of this role involves upholding stringent quality and compliance standards. The Machine Operator must ensure all activities align with established policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure full compliance with department policies, procedures, and controls.
• Fulfill all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
• Adhere strictly to the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO9001 and the Halal Food Management System (HFMS).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Machine Operator will contribute directly to Deemah's production goals within a structured manufacturing environment.
