Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

LADUN INVESTMENT COMPANY is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and overseeing various maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Manage and follow up on work orders.
• Utilize CAFM / CMMS systems for maintenance operations.
• Oversee maintenance related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and BMS Systems.
• Coordinate with technicians and external contractors.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate the procurement and management of spare parts and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or O&M operations.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.
