Alfanar Engineering Services is seeking a Maintenance Foreman Transformer Oil Processing Machines to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the operational excellence of our specialized equipment.

Role Summary

The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to transformer oil processing and filling equipment. This includes critical systems such as oil filtration and purification units, vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. The primary goal is to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Perform and oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain transformer oil filtration, purification, vacuum filling, pump, and compressor systems.
• Coordinate effectively with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor spare parts availability and ensure proper maintenance documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and maintain accurate service records.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance, specifically with transformer oil processing and filling equipment.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
