FNRCO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its operational team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to maintaining critical infrastructure within the region, ensuring high standards of service.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on a fleet of 50 driverless metro trains. The primary objective is to ensure the high availability, safety, and service reliability of the rolling stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, routine, and emergency maintenance tasks, including both planned and unplanned activities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical failures across various metro subsystems.
• Strictly adhere to all established safety protocols, method statements, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Ensure rapid onsite intervention to recover trains and restore service with minimal disruption.
• Maintain transparent reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role demands individuals with strong technical and interpersonal skills to succeed in a demanding operational environment.

Work Environment and Reporting Structure

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Rolling Stock Leader and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational goals.
