Role Overview

The Manager - Business Planning & Support is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the Sales organization. This full-time role involves assisting the Sales department with technical and administrative product information, and collaborating with the market research team to integrate market analysis data into customer pricing. The Manager will also prepare account distributions for Sales Representatives and maintain the automated tracking system. Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (*, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot), is required to support daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Planning and Operations (BPO) Head and collaborate with business development and functional units to achieve organizational goals.
• Participate in the creation of country and functional plans, tracking and reporting progress against these plans in alignment with regular business reviews.
• Coordinate the collection of relevant data with functional units, business development teams, and management.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly market sales performance data and monthly market profitability reports, including commentary.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, such as deep dives into markets, clients, products, and revenue streams, to drive new sales efforts and provide business insights.
• Participate in the review of actual resource allocation versus plans and recommend potential reallocations or reprioritization.
• Support the creation and management of governance frameworks for leadership teams to review performance through periodic cross-functional meetings.
• Champion the internal adoption of Visa CRM tools, supporting the BPO Head in driving usage by publishing data such as opportunities, pipeline dashboards, and account plans.
• Lead specific projects for the cluster that require broad coordination efforts across multiple countries or functional areas.
• Build and develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners and clients, and work with Account Executives to identify new opportunities that support business growth.
• Provide regular sales performance reporting to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated digital fluency, including experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (*, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA.
