Professional Services Manager Role

F5 is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to lead the services team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and coaching technical consultants, serving as a senior point of contact for key customers, and collaborating with the Saudi sales organization to achieve strong customer outcomes. The manager will report to regional Professional Services leadership and contribute to shaping the services strategy in the Riyadh market, supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the local management contact for key Saudi enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and monitor customer sentiment and delivery concerns.
• Manage escalations professionally, engaging regional or technical leadership as needed.
• Ensure customer expectations align with the services being delivered.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence with strategic accounts and support key customer meetings.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants, fostering accountability and a culture of high performance.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Work with regional leadership to ensure appropriate technical specialists are engaged on customer projects.
• Support smooth, timely delivery of engagements and protect the quality of F5 services.
• Collaborate with the Saudi sales team on account strategy, customer engagement, and services opportunities, while setting realistic delivery expectations.
• Identify opportunities where Professional Services can add further value for customers.
• Provide regional leadership with feedback on market needs, customer trends, and competitor activity.
• Utilize local knowledge and relationships to assist the wider team in navigating customer situations and improving the local positioning of Professional Services.
