Role Overview

FP is seeking a Manager Digital Transformation to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team, focusing on leading projects that drive significant digital and business change for clients. The Manager will oversee project teams dedicated to digital transformation, digital products management, solutions development, and broader business transformation efforts.

Core Responsibilities

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of digital initiatives. This includes leading projects from their initial concept through to final implementation and impact assessment, maintaining a focus on strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.

Project Management and Client Engagement

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to execution.
• Develop and oversee client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
• Plan and execute workshops with clients to define digital transformation roadmaps and strategies.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and measurable business impact for clients.
• Align with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate seamless communication between client and internal teams.

Team Leadership and Strategic Advisory

• Guide and mentor consultants and senior consultants, identifying their strengths and optimizing team performance.
• Provide strategic advice on IT governance, data analytics, applications, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights and visual representations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field. This experience should include leading teams and managing client engagements within a consulting or corporate environment focused on digital initiatives.
