We are seeking a Manager, Leadership Academy to join our team in Riyadh, contributing to our strategic growth and the future of mining in the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Manager, Leadership Academy is responsible for leading the design, governance, and delivery of Ma'aden's Leadership Academy. This role ensures the development of current and future leaders aligns with Ma'aden's strategy, values, and capability priorities. The position oversees leadership programs, learning pathways, and strategic partnerships to build a robust leadership pipeline and support succession planning, organizational transformation, and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute Ma'aden's Leadership Academy strategy, ensuring alignment with business and workforce priorities.
• Build leadership capability to support organizational growth, transformation initiatives, and succession needs.
• Ensure strong integration between leadership development, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures for all leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Ma'aden HR policies, financial controls, and learning governance guidelines.
• Continuously improve leadership development practices by leveraging feedback, data analytics, and global best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on leadership capability and development needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, constructive feedback, and leadership excellence across the organization.

Program Design and Delivery

• Design and oversee comprehensive leadership programs, academies, and learning journeys.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery in collaboration with Academy operations and delivery teams.
• Lead the development of leadership competency models, assessment tools, and targeted learning interventions.
• Oversee executive and high-potential leadership development initiatives.
• Manage external partners, program budgets, and assess overall program effectiveness.
• Lead and develop Leadership Academy team members and contributors.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Track and report on leadership program participation, outcomes, and overall effectiveness.
• Monitor the impact of leadership development initiatives on succession readiness, employee engagement, and overall leadership capability.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and executive leadership.

Qualifications and Work Environment

Candidates for this full-time position must possess over 10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh and offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading organization in the mining sector.
