Team Saudi is seeking a Manager Performance Support to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to optimizing athlete performance and development by coordinating and managing essential support services. Role Purpose

The Manager Performance Support is responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical services including medical, nutrition, Strength & Conditioning (S&C), and therapy. This position ensures that all support services are seamlessly integrated with athlete training and competition schedules, working closely with coaches and service providers to meet specific needs and maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness. The role directly contributes to achieving SOPC’s mission of fostering athlete success and excellence by maintaining accurate records, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Athlete Performance Services to schedule and organize medical, nutrition, and S&C sessions, ensuring alignment with athlete training schedules and competition plans.
• Communicate regularly with coaches and service leads to identify support needs, address scheduling conflicts, and resolve service delivery gaps.
• Coordinate the availability of service providers and resources to meet training demands and provide timely support during peak performance periods.
• Monitor the execution of performance support services, ensuring medical, S&C, and nutritional sessions meet established quality standards and athlete-specific needs.
• Work with Athlete Performance Services to ensure personalized support plans are implemented effectively and align with athletes’ health assessments and performance goals.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with service teams and sports clusters to address support requirements, review athlete progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collect feedback from athletes and coaches on the effectiveness of performance support services, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the development of quality improvement measures that enhance service responsiveness and athlete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Athlete Performance Services to refine service delivery processes and ensure alignment with SOPC’s performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including appointment logs, performance data, and feedback summaries, ensuring compliance with SOPC’s policies and standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the delivery and impact of performance support services, highlighting progress and areas for enhancement.
• Ensure all services adhere to SOPC’s compliance requirements and international best practices for athlete support and welfare.

Required Experience and Attributes

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a role focused on performance support, sports management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering a safe and respectful workplace.
