About the Company and Role

Taj HR is seeking a Manager Project Management Office for a leading real estate investment and development company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports an organization focused on developing high-value commercial and investment projects, with a continuously expanding presence across the Kingdom.

Role Purpose

The PMO Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the Chief Investment & Business Development Officer regarding project governance and deal origination. The role involves balancing portfolio governance with external stakeholder engagement to qualify, screen, and drive new real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify potential real estate opportunities, managing relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and government entities.
• Establish governance standards, track portfolio schedules and budgets, and deliver timely portfolio status reports to leadership.
• Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to translate complex deal and project data into actionable executive insights.
• Represent the company in preliminary deal discussions, site visits, and external negotiations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 4–5 years of total experience, with a significant background at a major consulting firm.
• Strong, demonstrable experience in PMO governance, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
• Background in real estate development is strongly preferred.
