About the Role

Role Purpose

The Manager - Strategy Oversight will play a vital role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of the company's projects. The position involves leading strategic planning, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership to define the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively utilized.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals.
• Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
