Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in overseas markets, developing product promotion strategies and plans to increase market share.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas OEMs, distributors, key customers, and other business partners, actively promoting products to support sales and order growth.
• Coordinate with the domestic business team to manage export orders, conduct competitor analysis, and support overseas product development and promotion.
• Monitor, track, and report product flow and sales data, coordinating service support for key customers and distributors to strengthen after-sales service and support capabilities in overseas markets.
• Support the company’s overall product marketing and business development activities across assigned overseas markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Internal Combustion Engine, Machinery, Marketing, or a related major.
• Familiarity with the technical principles of internal combustion engines or new energy fields.
• Professional work experience (2-5 years) in R&D, sales, or process-related roles within the internal combustion engine or machinery field.
• International business or overseas market development experience is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer needs analysis.
• Systematic understanding of Weichai's product structure design and performance parameters, with the ability to accurately analyze product competitiveness.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, negotiation, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using office software, with certain network application capabilities.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Market Manager must be willing to travel extensively within the region and internationally as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
