The Role of Marketing Associate

Manafa is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on digital performance, campaign execution, content support, and operational marketing activities across both investor and borrower segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including both paid and always-on initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, primarily digital-first with occasional exposure to offline activities.
• Contribute to campaign messaging, content ideas, and copywriting support.
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates to enhance performance.
• Manage CRM and always-on communication channels such as Push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Track performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Provide execution and operational support for major marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Product, Tech, and Brand & Communication departments.
