This full-time role is central to both expanding the company's client base through active marketing and managing critical governmental administrative tasks to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for an entry-level professional looking to contribute significantly to a growing organization.

Core Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will undertake a dual set of duties, encompassing both business development and essential administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Actively marketing the company's manpower supply services to various companies.
• Establishing and securing contracts or agreements with client companies for manpower supply.
• Handling all aspects of governmental administrative work, ensuring official compliance and smooth operations.

Governmental Administrative Management

A significant component of this role involves comprehensive management of governmental administrative processes. The objective is to handle these tasks efficiently, thereby eliminating the need for a separate administrative department. Specific duties include:

• Managing processes related to GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
• Overseeing MUDAD (Wage Protection System) procedures.
• Utilizing the ABSHER platform for various governmental services.
• Processing applications for employee visas.
• Managing IQAMA (residency permit) renewals.
• Arranging and applying for employee insurance.
• Ensuring all governmental works are handled efficiently to maintain compliance and operational flow.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess:

• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with Saudi governmental administrative processes, including GOSI, MUDAD, ABSHER, visa applications, and IQAMA renewals, is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
