About the Role

STAY Residential is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, execution-focused role that involves managing marketing tasks from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and digitally savvy, with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, printing, branding, and production.
Manage the production and installation of building branding and signage across STAY properties.
Conduct site visits to ensure branding materials are installed correctly and meet company standards.
Support the creation of marketing materials and social media content, either directly or through external agencies.
Set up and manage campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, including budget allocation, payment methods, targeting, and campaign configuration.
Create and manage various ad formats, such as carousel, image, and video campaigns.
Utilize AI tools for the creation, editing, and development of marketing content and videos.
Coordinate with AI/video production companies and other creative partners to deliver high-quality content.
Follow up with suppliers and agencies from the initial briefing stage through to final delivery.
Monitor active campaigns and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team for final creative approvals.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a hands-on individual capable of managing diverse marketing tasks. This role requires a professional who is organized, creative, and proficient with digital tools and platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members. The role may require site visits to residential properties.
