About RIME and the Marketing Specialist Role

RIME | رايم is dedicated to empowering businesses and optimizing client operational processes by transforming real-time video streams and sensor data into actionable insights. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

The Marketing Specialist's Contribution

As the Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the voice and storyteller of RIME's core technology. You will lead the creation, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns that communicate how our computer vision models analyze complex environments in real-time. Your marketing strategies will guide clients in addressing operational challenges, showcasing our ability to detect queue lengths, analyze customer behavior, and highlight uniform compliance and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex technical concepts, such as computer vision algorithms and AI jargon, into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven marketing messages for business owners and decision-makers.
Develop high-impact B2B case studies and data-driven success stories demonstrating real-world impact.
Execute targeted B2B lead generation campaigns across professional channels, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, targeting C-level executives, Operations Directors, and facility managers.
Drive thought leadership and content creation by overseeing the production of high-quality visual and written content (explainer videos, infographics, articles) focused on real-time AI insights.
Create and update sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, product brochures, landing pages, and sales toolkits, to support the sales team.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI using analytics tools to identify effective channels for generating high-quality business leads (SQLs).
Conduct continuous market and competitor intelligence within the AI, computer vision, and operational tech landscape to maintain RIME's positioning and messaging.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.

Essential Skills

Tech-Savviness: Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts (AI, Computer Vision, real-time data processing) and explain them simply.
B2B Lead Generation: Proven track record of running successful acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting corporate clients.
Content Strategy: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create structured, professional B2B content, such as case studies and pitch decks.
Analytics & Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, including analytical tools (Google Analytics 4), CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
