BytePlus, a business unit of ByteDance, focuses on providing leading technology solutions to global enterprise customers. This full-time role for a MEA Regional Partnership Manager is based in Riyadh and involves contributing to the BytePlus team by helping enterprise customers leverage ByteDance's intelligent technologies. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to enhance the adoption of AI image and video solutions.
• Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers, to ensure their capability in selling BytePlus solutions.
• Lead co-selling initiatives with partners for enterprise and public-sector accounts, focusing on establishing new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
• Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable and cost-effective alternative to traditional video production, aiming to disrupt existing industry workflows.
• Manage pipeline creation and revenue growth, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new routes to market.
• Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans with cloud partners to generate and accelerate pipeline for public cloud customers.
• Collaborate with internal sales and pre-sales teams to co-sell and close partner-sourced opportunities.
• Track partner KPIs, MDF utilization, and contribution to revenue targets.
• Represent the company at partner events, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive engagements.
