  • Coordinate MEP interfaces with architecture, structures, civil works, BIM, procurement, construction, and document-control teams.
  • Support constructability, testing, commissioning-readiness, and systems-integration planning, including factory and site acceptance interfaces where relevant.

  • Minimum 15 years of MEP engineering experience, including at least 7 years as an MEP Manager or Lead on large, complex multidisciplinary assignments.
  • Strong technical breadth across mechanical, electrical, public-health, fire-protection, ELV, ICT, and building-management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating specialist process, material-handling, or other vendor-supplied systems into coordinated building services.
  • Practical experience with hazardous-area classification and IEC 60079/ATEX requirements is essential for assignments involving hazardous environments.
  • Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, BS 7671 or NEC standards, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Saudi Civil Defense, and other relevant KSA authority requirements.
  • Experience with BIM coordination, common data environments, technical submittals, commissioning interfaces, and multidisciplinary design management.
  • Substantial GCC experience is essential; KSA authority experience is strongly preferred, along with excellent English coordination and communication skills.
