META Clinical Application Specialist

About the Role

Philips is seeking a META Clinical Application Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and delivering clinical education sessions to customers, ensuring adherence to established organizational standards and product-specific training materials. The specialist will advise customers on implementing optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to organizational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials.
• Advise customers on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of provided equipment.
• Provide first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering guidance and expertise as needed.
• Operate under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices.
• Participate in customer escalations, complaints (safety and non-safety related), and feedback processes, following agreed-upon protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address customer concerns.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Engage in moderately complex clinical or system applications assignments, following established procedures and protocols.
• Document service records, including detailed descriptions of problems and resolutions, within the Service Management System.
• Establish productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems and identify economically efficient solutions to minimize customer downtime.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver clinical education sessions.
• Proficiency in advising on clinical procedures and protocols.
• Strong analytical skills for problem resolution.
• Ability to work under general supervision while exercising independent judgment.

Work Environment

This role emphasizes collaboration. For field roles, work is primarily conducted outside the company’s main facilities, typically at customer or supplier locations, requiring full-time presence as needed to support clients effectively.
