Role Overview

FNRCO is seeking a Microsoft Identity and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on implementing secure, scalable, and efficient identity and collaboration solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for a range of tasks related to identity management, cloud services, and security. This includes executing migration projects, managing various Microsoft platforms, and ensuring robust security measures.

• Execute Active Directory migration, consolidation, and modernization projects.
• Implement and manage Azure AD (Entra ID) migrations and hybrid identity setups.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID Identity Governance, including access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle workflows.
• Integrate SSO (Single Sign-On) across enterprise applications using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and authentication with Windows Hello for Business.
• Manage Exchange hybrid configuration environments.
• Manage and secure SharePoint Online environments.
• Collaborate on M365 adoption and governance strategies aligned with organizational policies.
• Manage Microsoft Teams environments, including lifecycle management, governance, and policies.
• Administer OneDrive for Business, ensuring compliance, backup, and security integration.
• Implement Windows Autopilot and endpoint compliance policies.
• Manage Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Purview for data loss prevention and compliance.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation, reporting, and integration with external systems.
• Develop scripts and workflows to automate provisioning, access reviews, and compliance tasks.
• Work with PowerShell and Azure automation tools to streamline management operations.
• Conduct assessments for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Create documentation for identity, security, and collaboration services.
• Lead implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer phases.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with organizational standards.

Required Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise across a range of Microsoft technologies and services to effectively manage and secure enterprise environments.

• Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune.
• Security solutions such as Microsoft Defender (XDR, for Cloud Apps, for Endpoint) and Microsoft Purview.
• Identity governance principles and implementations.
• Integration and automation workflows through Microsoft Graph API and SSO implementations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Familiarity with BitLocker.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should demonstrate a solid background in Microsoft identity and cloud infrastructure, coupled with practical experience in managing complex IT environments.

• 2-5 years of experience in Microsoft identity and cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with identity governance, SSO implementations, and security platforms like Defender and Purview.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and Azure automation tools for scripting and integration.
