Boutique Group is seeking a Mixologist for The Red Palace in Riyadh. The Red Palace, a historic landmark originally built in 1943, has been reimagined as an ultra-luxury boutique hotel. It blends timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication, offering meticulously restored architecture, curated cultural experiences, and unparalleled service. The Red Palace invites guests into a world where tradition and innovation converge.

The Role of the Mixologist

The Mixologist is responsible for creating and serving exceptional mocktails and other beverages to guests within the hotel's bar and lounge areas. This full-time position requires strong mixology skills, a deep understanding of current mocktail trends, and a customer service-oriented approach to enhance the overall guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Concoct and serve high-quality mocktails using premium free-spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel's beverage menu and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to guests.
• Ensure consistent and precise preparation of all beverages, adhering to standardized recipes and techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and personable manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns and feedback professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant / Beverage Manager as needed.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in good condition.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock.
• Adhere to all applicable safety and sanitation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant / Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage team to optimize workflows and procedures.

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
