Opportunity for Leadership Roles in Infrastructure Projects

Assystem Radicon is seeking experienced professionals for critical leadership positions within an upcoming major infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These full-time roles require a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, with specific roles requiring 15+ or 18+ years of experience.

Key Leadership Positions and Responsibilities

• Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure (15+ years exp): Oversee end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure components, develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and manage project risks.
• Senior Project Manager - Building (15+ years exp): Direct all aspects of building construction and development, ensure compliance with codes and standards, coordinate with architects and engineers, track progress, and facilitate communication.
• Senior Project Manager - Utilities (15+ years exp): Manage utility infrastructure projects (water, power, telecommunications), coordinate with providers and agencies, oversee installation and commissioning, maintain documentation, and address technical challenges.
• HSE Manager (15+ years exp): Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct audits, investigate incidents, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contract and Procurement Manager (15+ years exp): Develop procurement strategies, manage vendor selection, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, manage budgets, and resolve disputes.
• Risk Manager (18+ years exp): Identify, assess, and quantify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor indicators, provide regular reporting, and facilitate risk workshops.
• Stakeholder Manager (15+ years exp): Develop and execute engagement strategies, maintain relationships with agencies and community groups, organize meetings, address concerns, and manage project communications.
