About the Role

Let's Pizza Saudi Arabia, a company established in 2014 and currently undergoing rapid expansion, is seeking a dedicated New York Style Pizza Maker to join our team in Riyadh. With over 22 branches across Riyadh and plans for continued growth, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic New York-style pizza and providing an exceptional culinary experience. This full-time, on-site position is integral to maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction as we expand our reach.

As a New York Style Pizza Maker, your primary responsibility will be the daily preparation and crafting of our signature pizzas, ensuring strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role involves direct customer interaction and contributes to the efficient operation of our kitchen, supporting the company's vision of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and craft authentic New York-style pizzas according to company standards.
• Execute daily food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain rigorous quality and hygiene standards in all food preparation and handling processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
• Manage food ingredients, including monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Contribute to an efficient kitchen workflow through effective collaboration with team members.
• Adhere strictly to company food and beverage policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience as a pizza maker or in a food service role is considered a strong asset.
