About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, a brand within the Marriott International portfolio, is seeking a full-time Officer Loss Prevention to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, ensuring the safety and peace of mind for all guests and employees on the property. The position requires a vigilant approach and attention to detail to uphold security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access as needed.
• Monitor surveillance screens and conduct daily inspections to identify physical hazards.
• Respond to accidents and provide assistance to guests and employees in emergency situations.
• De-escalate conflict situations and, if necessary, escort individuals off the property.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant individuals concerning incidents.
• Complete appropriate shift reports and ensure the confidentiality of all property and personal protection documents.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience is required (0-1 years experience).
• No supervisory experience or specific license/certification is necessary.
• Ability to comply with established quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Proficiency in entering and retrieving work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role involves physical activity, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kg) without assistance. Assistance may be required for moving objects weighing more than 75 pounds (34 kg). The Officer Loss Prevention will also perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
